Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage is required. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload a video. Proof of damaged item is needed.

Please Contact the store through email of your complaint. The email must include name, date and content. Contacting the store through other means to file a complaint is also okay.

For ordinary products, you should file your complaint or open a dispute within 5 days after packages are delivered.

For electronic products, you should complain or open a dispute to you within 10 days after packages are delivered.
